Project AAINA
A Reflection of Change
AAINA delivers menstrual health, hygiene and body-safety education to women and children in underserved communities, so everyone has access to dignity, resources and a safe space to learn.

About the project
AAINA – A Reflection of Change is a community-driven initiative under the Mission Hopp Foundation focusing on menstrual health, hygiene, and body safety education for women and children in underserved communities such as slums and street schools. It works to ensure that every woman and child has access to basic health education, resources, dignity, and a safe space to learn.
Our mission & work
AAINA aims to build a safe, stigma-free environment where people are informed, empowered, and respected in their understanding of health, menstruation, body safety, and autonomy.
The project conducts awareness sessions and workshops, distributes menstrual hygiene products and hygiene kits, and conducts age-appropriate sessions on body safety, including good and bad touch.
Our impact & the road ahead
Since its inception, AAINA has reached 30,000+ women and girls across Delhi, Noida and Faridabad, conducted 200+ workshops, distributed 75,000+ sanitary pads, 1,000+ menstrual cups and 500+ cloth pad kits, and trained volunteers and peer educators.
Its future goals include reaching 1,00,000 women and children, expanding to 10+ cities and rural belts, establishing AAINA Clubs in government schools, collaborating with healthcare professionals, creating community pad banks, and expanding menstrual and body-safety education for boys and men.
