Form submissions and admin review

Membership, club chartering, contribution, contact, event, seminar, newsletter, internship, placement, and reporting submissions are reviewed by authorized district administrators or representatives when necessary. Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance, selection, confirmation, refund, or participation unless the district explicitly confirms it.

The district may reject incomplete, inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant submissions.

Event registration

• No edits after submission: Event registrations cannot be edited through the website after you submit. Contact the district if you need to report a material error.
• Registrations are subject to event capacity, eligibility, and district review where applicable.

Seminar registration

Professional development seminar registrations follow the same general rules as event registrations. Submission does not guarantee a seat or certificate until the district confirms your registration status. Registrations cannot be edited after submission through the website.

Paid event payment verification

• Where an event requires payment, you may be asked to upload a payment screenshot for verification.
• Payment screenshots are reviewed only by authorized administrators, stored privately, and are not displayed on public pages.
• Submitting a registration or payment proof does not guarantee participation, seating, refund, or confirmation until the district verifies payment and confirms your status.

Internship and placement applications

• Listings on this website describe opportunities made available by or through the district network. They are not guarantees of interview, shortlisting, selection, or placement.
• Resume files you upload are used only to review your application for the stated opportunity.
• Resumes are stored in private, authenticated storage and are not published on public website pages.
• Applications cannot be edited after submission through the website.

Project and reporting submissions

District reporting through /reporting is for club, project, event, and impact documentation. You confirm that information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Optional PDF attachments are stored privately for admin review. Submission does not automatically publish content on the public website.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to district updates, you consent to receive emails related to Rotaract District 3012 communications. Confirmation may be required before kit links or ongoing emails are sent. You may unsubscribe using the link provided in emails where available, or by contacting contact@rdorid3012.com.

Content, gallery, and consent

Text, logos, photographs, project names, event materials, and other district content on this website are provided for information about Rotaract District 3012. Public gallery and media are published only when authorised for public display. Reuse of Rotary, Rotaract, or district branding must follow applicable brand guidelines and district approval where required.
