About the project

Project Nyay Sarthi began with a definitive mission: to simplify legal pathways for underserved communities and bridge the gap between common citizens and their fundamental legal rights. Launched in July 2026 by Rotaract District Organization RID 3012, this flagship initiative functions as a legal beacon, empowering individuals through legal literacy, awareness, and community guidance.

The project focuses on grassroots legal awareness, interactive rights workshops, and help desks to foster a society where justice is accessible to all. At its core, Project Nyay Sarthi believes that legal literacy is a basic necessity for empowerment and that clear guidance can help prevent systematic marginalisation.

Our vision & roadmap

Project Nyay Sarthi works across three key areas. Legal Awareness focuses on standardizing accessible legal rights workshops, distributing community-focused legal guides, and simplifying constitutional rights. Community Helpdesks aim to organize regional legal guidance clinics, connect marginalized groups with experts, and offer frontline navigational aid. Youth Advocacy focuses on training student volunteers as legal guides, collaborating with institutional legal cells, and fostering systemic grassroots change.

Every step is intended to anchor human dignity and legal empowerment for all.

How you can support

Support for Nyay Sarthi can help secure legal access for all, build legally literate societies, advocate for vulnerable communities, and cultivate resilient communities. Contributions may support legal education through access to legal guides, resources, case studies and workshops; advocacy and aid through filing fees, legal-aid support and access to legal resources and transport; and community reach through legal-aid camps and assistance to cases.

Support can also include sponsoring a case or legal-aid camp, providing legal books and case digests, legal software or office supplies, mentoring young advocates, or supporting local field-office facilities and emergency legal-aid funds.
